At the Conclusion of
this three (3) hour Continuing Education Class, students
will have a clear understanding of the ROV process, which has been
formalized by the Federal National Mortgage Association,
The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp, (ie GSE’s),
and The Federal Housing Administration (FHA).

 

Since it has recently been announced, that Mortgage Lenders must implement this new standarized “ROV”process by October 2024, Residential Mortgage Appraisers will be required to become familiar with this new process, in order to properly respond to an “ROV” request.
