Get the 75 hours of classes you need to sit for the Pennsylvania real estate exam .  This class is made up of two courses – Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice.   The classes are designed to be independent and complimentary, which means you need them both but you can take them in either order. Class meets twice per week on Monday and Wednesday Evenings from 5:30pm until 830pm.  DOES NOT include textbook.

*Textbooks can be purchased for $50 at our Hollidaysburg office. You will need a device which supports video and audio and can connect using Google Meet over the internet to participate in this class. You must be present and ON CAMERA for your attendance to count. Real Estate Commission requires 80% attendance to pass the class.
