In this four day, thirty hour “PRESCRIBED” Broker candidate course, students will be exposed to the concepts of real estate sales techniques, farming, legal soliciting, true-life applications, mass mailings, social networking, anti-trust, sphere of influence and much more.

- WHY? This is a 2-credit “Prescribed” course for students intending to become a Pa. Real Estate BROKER.

Broker Candidate Recommended Course – Real Estate Sales. This class gets you the 30 hours and 2 Broker credits you need. Class meets on four (4) Mondays from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
Note: This class may also apply to Continuing Education credits.
DOES NOT include textbook. Handouts will be provided.
You will need a device which supports video and audio and can connect using Google Meet over the internet to participate in this class. You must be present and ON CAMERA for your attendance to count. Real Estate Commission require attendance to pass the class. Note that broker courses may also count towards PA Continuing Education.
Note you can pay with a credit card even though it says Paypal – you don’t have to have a Paypal account. It will let you pay as a Guest.
