In this 4 day, 30 hour course, students will be exposed to basic THEORIES, TECHNIQUES, and THOUGHTS involved in real estate appraisal. The cost, direct sales comparison, and the income approaches will be examined. PRACTICAL applications of these approaches with case studies and examples will be shown.
** This course may count towards partial continuing education credit.
